• You'll be able to get a discounted prices for our products and resell them.
• For software that involves a monthly payments from the end user, you'll get a percentage of the
  customers monthly payments, so that the more customers you maintain, the more your monthly
  amount from your customers will become.
• As always Smadi Softwares, provides customized softwares for its customers directly, in addition we
  will give a special pricing for customized solutions for our reseller. If you have a customer that wants,
  a customized software, you can have the confidance that Smadi Softwares provides you in
  Customized solutions. There is no job too big or too small.
• In addition, Customized solutions will come with a yearly/monthly maintenance contract due on
  the end customer, You'll make percentage income of this monthly/year maintenance contract.

Insurance Sales Tracking Reseller Program details and rules?

• Resellers may not sell the software in excess of Smadi Softwares prices.

  Customized Softwares excempt from this rule.

• End user training is the resellers responsibility, however, Smadi Softwares will make all matrial
  available for the reseller in their account.
• Reseller performance will be evaluated on a quarterly basis
• Non-performing resellers will be dropped from the program
• Reseller accounts with no sales for 3 months in raw will be terminated, unless you have over 20
  active client.
• Reseller discount may not exceed 20% under no circumstances.
• No setup cost on you to become a reseller.
• Resellers may not operate under their business name in all states..
• Resellers may operate under Smadi Softwares name with a written sealed approval
  from Smadi Softwares only with 1099 filing.
• Smadi Softwares reserve the right to deny any reseller application.
• this agreement is valid only for accounts invloving Insurance Sales Tracking Software only.
